Terms of guarantee

TERMS OF GUARANTEE:

1. This warranty applies to the products of LEANKO-M.I.K.E. purchased within Greece and provided that the original invoice or proof of purchase is presented within the warranty period, clearly indicating the date of purchase of the product, the product and/or the product model. Leanko-M.I.K.E. may refuse free repair during the warranty period if the aforementioned documents are not presented or if the date of purchase and the model of the product are not clear from them.
2. LEANKO-M.I.K.E., if it receives notification of a defective product covered by this warranty and determines the existence of a defect, will repair or replace the product at its discretion, with a product of the same or equivalent performance, excluding any further claims. Replacement products (or components) may contain new and/or repaired/remanufactured materials equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.

WHAT THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER

This guarantee is not valid:

For damage or deterioration due to misuse of the product as, indicatively and not restrictively, mentioned:

(a) Improper storage, exposure to damp or humid environments, arbitrary alterations, mishandling, food or liquid intrusion, excessive heat, improper ventilation, overvoltage, excessive or incorrect power supply or input voltage.
b) Failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions of LEANKO-M.I.K.E.
c) Incorrect or defective installation and maintenance of the product as well as damage caused during transit or use in an inappropriate place.
d) Damage due to external and unforeseen causes such as an accident, lightning or power grid problems.
